Located on the Ataşehir Boulevard, Bulvar 216 is an office and living space project that combines street concept with a meeting point. The project uses the slope of the land in the most effective way and includes an entrance for each floor. While the upper floors are occupied by modern offices designed to fulfill the needs of business life, Bulvar 216 offers a suitable environment for the dynamics of everyday life with its areas on the lower floors. The project offers large and airy living spaces with its street concept. All the areas in the project are organized to fulfill daily needs in a rapid and practical way.
Here, the wind blows differently, the light passes differently, and people love life differently. Bulvar 216 stands in the middle of the city like a monument of nature with its unique architecture. In fact, we were inspired by sand dunes, travertines, and the unique shapes created by desert winds. Furthermore, we received awards in 5 different categories at the European Property Awards 2013.
