JOB CANDIDATE INFORMED CONSENT AND AUTHORIZATION FORM ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1. Purpose
This disclosure text is drawn up by Int-Er Yapı İnşaat Turizm San. ve Tic. A.Ş., (“Int-er” or “Company”) the data processor, under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Disclosure Obligation. The Company aims to process the personal data of the candidates in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other legislation.
We pay the utmost attention to the security of your personal data.
Our Company, as the “Data Processor,” can process your personal data that you have provided and/or are going to provide to our Company as part of your application and/or our Company has obtained by any other means,
2. Statements on the Processed Personal Data of the Employee Candidates
The Company processes the personal data of its prospective employees within the framework of the purposes presented in this Informed Consent and Authorization Form. If there is a change in processing purpose of the personal data, a separate permission of the candidate will be sought.
Job candidate personal data collected and used by the Company are as follows:

Physical Space Security Data | The personal data related to the records and documents collected at the entrance to and inside the physical space; CCTV cameras and the records collected at the security point, etc. |
Training Data | Information about educational status, diplomas, transcript information, foreign language level, and so on. |
Health Details | Information on the presence or absence of any health problems that may negatively affect you at work |
3. Statements on the Personal Data Process of the Job Candidates
Your personal data is stored for the periods specified in the legal regulations and for the periods required by the processing purposes of your personal data. The Company may continue to store the personal data of the job candidates, even if the data usage purpose is no longer valid, if it is stipulated by another law or if a separate consent is given by the relevant job candidate. Except for this case, if the purpose of processing your personal data is no longer valid and there is no legal basis for data processing, the Company will immediately delete, destroy or anonymize it in accordance with the Company’s Storage and Disposal Policies.
4. Job Candidate’s Personal Data Processing Purposes and Transfer to Third Parties
Your personal data will be processed and transferred for the reasons listed below, in accordance with the personal data processing and transfer requirements stipulated by Article 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and in good faith; in a relevant, limited fashion and proportional to these purposes.
The data obtained during the recruitment process is transferred to the job candidate’s personnel file after the employee is recruited.
5. Transfer of Job Candidate’s Personal Data
Your personal data is transferred to the holding companies; to the company officials; to our main shareholders; to the domestic/international shareholders; to the public bodies and organizations of relevant jurisdiction; to private legal persons; to solution partners contracted to support employment processes; to the domestic and international organizations that provide hosting services; to the persons and organizations that provide support for the recruitment, targeting and profiling; to the managers of the company’s human resources department and to the job candidate’s relevant department managers in accordance with Article 8 of the Law for the purposes listed above.

6. Personal Data Collection Methods and Legal Grounds
The full name, nationality, place of birth, date of birth, sex, marital status, photo, educational background, phone number, email address in your resumé; the results of personality assessment tests we conducted to assess your compatibility with our principles and team, your references, footage of you obtained through our use of CCTV surveillance systems at our premises, as well as the records obtained during the security check, the information you share on online platforms such as Kariyer.net,yenibiris.com, LinkedIn; your availability for the position, and if your job application is rejected, the reasons as to why your application is rejected, are processed on the legal basis that “processing is compulsory for the legitimate interests of the data processor provided that such information have been made public by the data subject and that such processing does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” as stipulated by Article5(2)(d-e-f) of the Law.
Your personal data is collected through online employment platforms, digital forms, phone calls we have made with you, printed forms, and companies that provide us with recruitment services.
7. Job Candidate Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, the employee candidate whose personal data is processed may apply to the Company and request the following:
Employee Candidates are entitled to carry out their requests arising from the Law through the “Application Form” provided at www.inter-yapi.com
In accordance with Article 13 of the Law, our Company will conclude your application as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest depending on the nature of the request. If the request is rejected, the reason(s) for rejection shall be delivered in written or electronic form.
The Job Candidate stipulates that his/her personal data that are subject to this Informed Consent and Authorization Form is complete, accurate and up-to-date, and that he/she has obtained explicit consent from the relevant persons to share the reference person information he/she has provided to the Company as Data Processor. In case of any changes in his/her personal data, the Company may be informed and a request may be made to update his/her personal data. The Company shall not be liable for any reason if the Job Candidate has not provided accurate and up-to-date information or if the explicit consent of the reference person for whom he/she has provided the data has not been obtained.
The Company’s right to amend the above-mentioned disclosure text for reasons arising from the Law, secondary regulations and Board resolutions is always reserved. Any changes to the disclosure text and the updated text will become effective immediately upon notification.

I hereby accept and declare that I read the “Job Candidate Informed Consent and Authorization Form on the Processing of Personal Data,” that, pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), I have been informed about the collection, recording, processing, transfer, and collection and storage in data processing locations in Turkey and abroad of my personal data by İnt-Er Yapı İnşaat Turizm San. ve Tic. A.Ş.(“Company”) as primarily required by the legal rules and obligations and by the purposes, methods and legal grounds outlined in the Informed Consent Form, that, in case I leave my job, my information will be shared with the companies requesting reference in accordance with the requests for reference received by your Company, and that I have been clearly and plainly informed about the rights stated in Article 11 of the Law and how to exercise them.
I hereby accept and declare that I expressly consent, limited to the purposes and principles presented in this Informed Consent and Authorization Form, to the collection, recording, processing, transfer and storage of the identity information, contact details, audiovisual recordings, educational attainment, personal rights, professional experience, physical space safety data, and medical reports showing if I have any health problems that may prevent me from working in an office environment and data in other categories, I have shared with the Company, by the Company.
I also accept and declare that I expressly consent, limited to the purposes and principles presented in this Informed Consent and Authorization Form, to the transfer of my personal data to the relevant consulting institutions for the purpose of recruitment and employment processes, and to the institutions and organizations with which the Company has a business relationship, in order for he Company to carry out the human resources processes and information systems for which it receives services.
